As long as the insured’s main permanent home is within the geographical limits, the cover will also apply to travel in the Republic of Ireland.

Who’s it for?
Ageas Van Guard is a straightforward, affordable policy. It’s for customers insuring trucks and vans up to 3.5 tonnes GVW for commercial or private use. Minimum premium + IPT (Fully Comp) £125.00.
- Comprehensive cover for vans valued up to £40,000
- Third party, fire and theft cover for vans valued up to £7,500
- Drivers between 21 and 74 years of age
- For Carriage of Own Goods cover, or Carriage of Goods for Hire and Reward
Features and benefits
In addition to our financial stability and our award-winning customer service, these details make Ageas Van Guard an attractive proposition for your customers:
- Up to £2million cover for damage to third party property
- A temporary replacement vehicle for up to seven consecutive days while the insured’s vehicle is being repaired (Fully Comp only)
- A new vehicle replacement in the event of total loss (vehicles under 12 months old and registered as new in the policyholder's name)
- Up to nine years No Claims Discount, with a protected bonus if the insured has four years or more No Claims Discount
- Up to £500 cover for replacement locks (subject to £100 excess), and up to £100 for personal belongings, excluding tools
- 90 days cover as per the Schedule within the EU (SD&P only)
- Three-year guarantee on all repairs carried out by an approved repairer
