An update on our Commercial Digital Trading

We understand that over the past few weeks you may have had some service issues with the Ageas Broker Extranet or iMarket (via your software house Acturis, Applied, Open GI or SSP), which may be making it difficult for you to trade and interact with commercial digital policies and other online services. 

As a result, some of these issues have meant that we’ve not been able to respond to all your commercial digital queries as quickly as we’d like to. We’re sorry if this has caused you any inconvenience. 

Rest assured, we’ve been working swiftly to resolve these issues and we’ll be doing our best to get things back to full working order as quickly as possible. This is not the service that you’ve come to expect from us, nor the level of service we’d expect to be providing our brokers with. 

In the interim, we’ll be honouring guaranteed new business quotes, policy renewals and supporting mid-term adjustments offline. If you’d like us to help you in this way, please contact our Commercial Digital Team directly, either by email digital.team@ageas.co.uk or call 0345 120 4422 (9am-5pm, however we are currently experiencing a larger volume of calls than normal, but please know we are dealing with calls as quickly as we can.)

1. Commercial Guaranteed New Business Quotes

We’re honouring guaranteed new business quotes while we fix the online issue. If you’d like us to help you in this way, please contact our Commercial Digital team directly, either by email digital.team@ageas.co.uk or call 0345 120 4422 (9am-5pm).

2. Commercial Renewals

If you’d like to renew a policy offline while we fix the online issue, please contact our Commercial Digital team directly, either by email digital.team@ageas.co.uk or call 0345 120 4422 (9am-5pm).

3. Commercial Mid-term Adjustments

If you’d like to make a mid-term adjustment to a policy offline while we fix the online issue, please contact our Commercial Digital team directly, either by email digital.team@ageas.co.uk or call 0345 120 4422 (9am-5pm).

4. Commercial Instalments

We will no longer be offering premium credit financing on any of our Commercial Lines products for cases incepted on or after 01/03/2022.

5. Commercial Claims

If you have a commercial claims query offline while we fix the issue online, then please contact either our Commercial Claims teams in Gloucester on 0345 122 3283 or email commercialclaimsgloucesterteam@ageas.co.uk; or in Eastleigh by calling 0345 415 0495 or email commercialclaims.eastleighteam@ageas.co.uk.

6. Vehicle Management Database (Motor Trade)

If you’d like to make a vehicle change to a Motor Trade policy offline while we fix the issue online, please contact commercialschemes.uk@ageas.co.uk.

7. Account Statements

If you need to access your account statements offline while we fix the issue online, then please either contact your account handlers directly, or call 02380 313481, where we can provide you with an excel copy of your broker statement via email. Once you have received your excel statement, if you notate those policies you wish to settle, and return this via email, we will reconcile your account ready for receipt of payment.
