We’re making some changes to our cover note processes – good ones.
One of our New Year’s resolutions involves making it easier for you to issue cover notes for private motor and commercial van customers.
Until now, you’ve needed an Ageas Cover Note Book to issue temporary amends. Or, you’ve run into issues on your software house. But from 15 January, one quick call will do it all.
Our Underwriting Support team will do all the admin for you, so you can get back to looking after your customers. Here’s how it works:
- Call 0345 122 3288 (option 1 for Private Car or option 4 for Commercial Vehicle)
- Give the cover details you need to our crew
- … and that’s it. We’ll take care of all the admin for you.

- and we’ll update the Motor Insurance Database within 24 hours
