What makes these awards so special, is they’re a real mark of our commitment to the Personal Lines market. We’re building a strong and sustainable business, working with regional brokers and volume brokers in equal measure, and our strategy is clearly the right one. As the Insurance Times Awards 2023 is voted for by brokers and industry experts, collecting this really validates our ambitions for the Personal lines insurance market. We’re listening to brokers, focusing on what matters and delivering on our promises.

In 2023, we maintained our coveted ServiceMark accreditation from the Institute of Customer Services; have been certified by the Top Employers Institute as a Top Employer for the second consecutive year; and picked up the European Contact Centre and Customer Service Awards for Best Customer Experience (Large Team) – which speaks volumes about our focus on doing the right thing.

The UK Personal Lines market is responding to all kinds of challenges right now.

We also won silver in Excellence in Fraud Mitigation for our first-to-market identity theft model developed by our Underwriting Fraud team that’s yet another impressive addition to our technological capabilities in motor insurance and is saving the business around £1m a year.
