Customers can now make their claims online at for even more events covered by standard Ageas Guard Household policies.

We’re adding to the list, all the time. This 24/7 facility is just one more example of how Ageas is helping to make insurance simpler. It’s convenient, easy to access, and designed to help customers work through the necessary details quickly and easily.

Plus, as well as submitting a claim, customers can also upload images and invoices, find contact details for suppliers, accept settlements, get notifications and much more.

Household claims that can be made online

Household policy owners can go online to to claim for:

  • Storm damage
  • Accidental damage including:
    Mobile phones
    Fixed glazing
  • Jewellery
