‘Significant weather’ is happening more often.

Storms, drought, high winds and heatwaves - sadly, these events can have a devastating impact on customers and their homes.

That’s why we’re taking positive action now. Our new Storm Hub will help you to help your customers cope better with storms before, during and after it happens. Whenever there’s a likely weather event, the Storm Hub will provide your customer with important updates – and offer valuable advice on how to reduce and prevent potential damage.

We’ll update the Storm Hub regularly. It will provide weather warnings if there is an impending event and have links to direct help, our online claims reporting, and advice on handling problems.

Do feel free to use it, to help your customers direct:

  • Share the Weather Hub regularly with your customers.
  • Give them the pointers that will help reduce significant weather impact on their home, and potential claims.
  • Use it to build your relationships – it’s free advice, from our experts.

Of course, if the worst does happen then our Ageas team will be here to help.

Standard Ageas Guard Household policy holders can claim for storm damage directly from a mobile or laptop 24/7, there’s no need to call us. In fact, storm damage is already the claim that gets reported most online, and customers can then manage all of their details, documents, and damage repairs via our Claims Hub. Customers can go online anytime to ageas.co.uk/claims.
