As you know, we’re putting all of our energy into Personal Lines. That’s our strength. It’s where we really excel for your customers – with individual, owner-occupied risks.
With that in mind, we’ve decided to withdraw Optima Landlord for new business and renewal from Monday 1 January 2024 onwards.
Changes to Optima Landlord:
- Optima Landlord will not be offered for new business or renewal from Monday 1 January 2024 onwards.
- Renewal invites won’t be sent out for any Optima Landlord policies which are due to renew on or after Monday 1 January 2024.
- Optima Landlord will stay live on SSP in the meantime until Wednesday 1 January 2025, but only for mid-term adjustments (MTAs) and cancellations.
Brokers will need to contact existing Optima Landlord customers and be prepared with an alternative policy that meets their requirements (You’ll find Optima Landlord on SSP under AOL0, as ‘Ageas Opt Landlord 20’).
