We’re thrilled that Victoria Wilkinson, Specialist Portfolio Manager, and Dan King, Offline Portfolio Manager have rejoined Ageas, ‘boomeranging’ their extended technical expertise back into our business with enthusiasm.

This is a huge feather in our cap. We’re delighted that the recent changes at Ageas stand out so much to Dan and Victoria. Our strategy involves focusing on digitally traded personal lines sold through brokers, we’re proud of the technical expertise we offer, and innovation that’s driving our business forwards. To have Dan and Victoria rejoin us means a lot. Their comments, “there’s such energy and determination to succeed” are a huge commendation of our decisions to totally focus the organisation on Personal Lines business, as well as the technical capabilities that we believe make such a difference to brokers.

“More collaborative...”

What’s more, we’re aware that an organisation’s culture shapes its success. When Victoria and Dan told us how good it feels to be back, we were thrilled. It’s one thing to say “we’re a great employer” – we won Gold in the Insurer Diversity and Inclusion Excellence category at the Insurance Times Awards 2022, for example, and were also reaccredited as a Top Employer in 2023 – but when people of Victoria and Dan’s caliber actively seek to work for us, that’s something else. We treat all of our brokers as partners, and it's heartwarming to hear confirmation that this really shines through.

“A united position to succeed...”

Victoria and Dan have learned a lot, working on the ‘other side’ of broker insurance. A deep understanding of broker challenges and viewpoints is critical for our business, and we’re delighted they’ve rejoined us because we’re leading by example. Welcome back, both.
