It’s time to prepare your compliance statements and submit it to the Competition and Markets Authority (CMA).
To make things easier, we’ve produced a simplified NCD table for our Ageas Private Car, Combined values for Optima Plus and Van Guard. You can add the information straight into your compliance statement.
If you sell personal motor insurance, the CMA requires all compliance statements to be submitted to them by 1 February, every year.
