Ageas win at the British Insurance Awards 2023

We’re thrilled. Ageas has now won the Personal Lines Insurer of the Year award at the British Insurance Awards, three times in a row.

This is a remarkable achievement. The ‘Personal Lines Insurer of the Year’ award is something that our team receives with genuine gratitude and appreciation – there’s simply no better way to show we’re a UK insurer that’s delivering brilliant service, where it matters. 

Our CEO, Ant Middle collected the award, with Adam Beckett (our Chief Distribution Officer) at a ceremony hosted by Insurance Post at the Royal Albert Hall in London.

By winning the award three years in a row, in 2021, 2022 and 2023, we’ve clearly demonstrated our long-standing commitment to deliver high quality products and services in the personal lines market. Everyone behind the scenes has been working tirelessly to deliver the technical services and know-how needed. There’s more to come – but we’re clearly heading in the right direction. 

The judges recognised the determination and clarity of our strategy, the value we’re delivering, and our intent to innovate in customer-oriented ways. We’re committed to doing the right thing – for people, for the community, and for the environment. 

While technical advances might set our proposition apart, understanding people is the first building block of our strategic purpose “Understand People + Simplify Insurance” – and it’s great to know our work is visible and valued by the market. 

We’re intently focused on significant investment we’re making into developing the very best skills, data capability, and technology, and we’re committed to helping brokers deliver the best possible Personal Lines products and services.
