Two important changes to Ageas UK’s Executive Team

As we head into 2023, we’re delighted to announce two important changes to our Executive Team. Rashmi Rao will be taking on the role of Chief Information Officer (CIO), while Stephen Linklater will be our new Claims Director.

Rashmi has been helping businesses to deliver digital transformation, technology, IT and business strategies for more than 25 years. As CIO, she’ll lead the delivery of our replatforming programme, helping us to become digital to the core. Her wealth of experience in regulated industries complements Stephen’s expertise in insurance specifically, as he has held a number of senior pricing and underwriting roles at Ageas over the last few years. As part of Ageas’s Executive Team, Stephen and Rashmi will contribute to the leadership and decision-making of Ageas as we grow our presence in personal lines.

Rashmi and Stephen replace Mark Collins and Robin Challand, who are taking on new positions within Ageas Group supporting the Group’s Impact24 Strategy and drawing on the significant expertise within the UK market.
