By entering this prize draw for a chance to win one of ten £100 Amazon Vouchers, you accept the following terms and conditions:

These terms and conditions (the “Rules”) apply to the Ageas Your Platform Survey prize draw (the “Prize Draw”).

1. To enter the Prize Draw, all you need to do is complete the Wave 7 edition of the Ageas Your Platform Survey via the dedicated unique link sent to you by email (an “Entry”). You must complete the survey in full before the closing date on Friday 3 July 2026 23:59 to be eligible to enter the Prize Draw. It is your responsibility to ensure that the email address submitted with your survey response is accurate.

2. Entry into the Prize Draw is limited to one per person and an “Entrant” is defined as an individual person.

3. Entrants found to be submitting more than one Entry will be ineligible.

4. The Prize Draw opens on Monday 1 June at 00:01 and closes on Friday 3 July 2026 at 23:59 (the “Submission Closing Date”). Surveys completed after the Submission Closing Date will not be eligible to enter the Prize Draw.

5. A number will be attributed to each Entry and ten winners (each a “Winner”) will be chosen by a random number generator from all eligible Entries on Tuesday 14 July 2026 (the "Draw Date"). 

6. The prize will be one £100 Amazon voucher per Winner (each a “Prize”).

7. No purchase is necessary.

8. This promotion is not sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with, Amazon.

9. The Winners will be notified by email (“Notification”) within 7 days of the Draw Date thereafter using the email address used to enter the Prize Draw. Winners will be required to provide an email address to which the Prize can be sent. Prizes will be sent within 14 days of receiving the relevant email address.

10. Ageas reserves the right to select an alternative Winner at random if Ageas is unable to contact the original Winner within 10 days of the Notification being sent or if the original Winner is found to be ineligible to enter.

11. Ageas reserves the right to verify that all Entrants have complied with the entry requirements before issuing a Prize. Responses submitted by third parties or agents will not be accepted.

12. The Prize is not transferable and there is no cash alternative. Ageas reserves the right to substitute the Prize with something similar of equivalent or greater value if for reasons beyond its reasonable control the Prize is not available.

13. This Prize Draw is open to UK residents aged over 18 years of age. Anyone involved with the administration of this Prize Draw may not enter.

14. Entries by persons not entitled to enter will be excluded from the Prize Draw.

15. Ageas reserves the right to cancel the Prize Draw or amend the Rules at any time without prior notice.

16. Ageas’s decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.

17. Ageas accepts no liability for any loss, damage, injury or disappointment suffered by an Entrant as a result of winning or not winning the Prize.

18. Ageas is not responsible for any technical issues which prevent any person from successfully entering the Prize Draw. Nothing shall exclude Ageas’ liability for death or personal injury as a result of our negligence.

19. Ageas does not accept any responsibility for any error, omission, deletion, defect, theft, destruction, alteration of or unauthorised access to any Entry, or any Entries lost or delayed as a result of viruses, bugs or other causes outside Ageas’ reasonable control.

20. By entering this Prize Draw you agree to share your personal details with Ageas to process and administer your Entry into the Prize Draw including making the necessary arrangements to deliver the Prize should you win, and in accordance with Ageas’s privacy policy.  Ageas will consult with the Winners as to the use of their name prior to publishing Winners’ names more widely in general business updates created by Ageas.

21. The Prize Draw will be governed by English law and disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Courts of England.
