Ageas House Guard closing for new business and renewals on SSP

We recently launched our new household product, New Ageas House Guard on SSP. We also announced that we would be withdrawing 

our existing offering, Ageas House Guard, to both new business and renewals. 

With that in mind, please be aware that from Wednesday 1 July 2026, Ageas House Guard will no longer be available for new business quotations and renewals on SSP. 
 
You will still be able to make mid-term adjustments and cancellations on existing policies. However, new business quotations and renewals for Ageas House Guard with an effective date of Wednesday 1 July 2026 onwards will not return a premium. 
 

Renewing policies to New Ageas House Guard 

Please rebroke any renewing policies with an effective date on or after Wednesday 1 July 2026 onto New Ageas House Guard. Existing House Guard policies will not be automatically migrated to New House Guard. If you're unable to access New Ageas House Guard, please email talkback@ageas.co.uk
