Ageas UK announced as a Top Employer for 2026

Ageas UK has maintained its certification for the fifth consecutive year and its top ten position for the second year.

This certification spotlights the companies committed to shaping a better work environment by defining excellence in people practices.

This year, these practices included responsible Artificial Intelligence (AI) deployment. As well as scoring highly in this area, Ageas’s comprehensive Responsible AI framework was selected as an example of best practice to support other organisations to navigate this arena.
