Festive Opening Hours
During the festive period some of our telephone opening hours will be different to usual:

If you have a new business underwriting query or need support with renewals or mid-term adjustments over the holidays, our Personal Lines Underwriting Service team will be available as follows:
- Monday 23 December: 9am to 5pm
- Tuesday 24 December (Christmas Eve): 9am till 12:30pm
- Wednesday 25 and Thursday 26 December (Christmas Day and Boxing Day): Closed
- Friday 27 December: 9am to 5pm
- Saturday 28 and Sunday 29 December: Closed
- Monday 30 and Tuesday 31 December: 9am to 5pm
- Wednesday 1 January (New Years Day): Closed
- Thursday 2 January onwards: 9am to 5pm
Claims
If your customers need help in an emergency, our lines are open 24/7 over the festive period (apart from Christmas Day, Boxing Day and New Years Day). For all other claims you can report online (customers will need their policy number) or between our opening hours below:
Motor First Notice of Loss (FNOL) opening hours during the festive period are:

Our telephone line is open 24/7 for emergency roadside assistance (apart from Christmas Day, Boxing Day and New Years Day). There is always an option for your customers to call us if they are stuck on the roadside.

Claims can also be managed via our Claims Hub. Here customers can:
- Check the status of their claim
- Obtain contact details for suppliers approved to support the claim
- Upload documents
- Messages the Claims Team
- Safely and securely upload their bank details for the purposes of accepting claims payment
