Household Claims tracking – a better experience for your customers
Many customers do still call us when they could be tracking their Household claims status online. We’re encouraging all brokers to remind their customers that the Household Claims Hub holds useful information and is the fastest way to find updates on Home Insurance claims.
Please remind your customers, once they’ve made a claim via telephone, they can track its status via the Claims Hub. It provides key information about claims in progress:
- the claim’s status
- contact details for suppliers approved to support the claim
- upload documents to the claim
- messages to and from the Claims Team
- ability to upload safe and securely their bank details for the purposes of accepting claims payment
