We’re excited to share some fantastic news about our team at Ageas UK. We’re welcoming two exceptional professionals who will undoubtedly strengthen our commitment to the personal lines broker market.
Iain Belson (pictured) will be joining us as Director of Distribution in November 2024. With over a decade of experience in the personal lines insurance market, Iain’s expertise in distribution, partnerships, and aggregation will be a tremendous asset. His background, particularly from his time at BGL Insurance, positions him perfectly to work alongside Claire Green, our Director of Distribution. Together, they’ll enhance our broker and partner relationships, focusing on expanding our broker channel, which currently generates over 80% of our business.
Beth Pilgrim will join us in October 2024 as Strategic Portfolio Manager. Beth brings over 20 years of experience in underwriting and business development, having worked with prominent insurers like Ensign, QBE, and ERS, as well as on the broking side with Clements Worldwide. Her diverse experience will be instrumental in driving our strategic initiatives and delivering exceptional value to our broker partners and customers.
