Total Loss Claims

Please be aware that we’re contacting some customers whose vehicles were written off to inform them that after reviewing their claim settlement, we’ve determined an additional payment is due. We’re making these additional payments to reflect the value of the vehicle at the time of the incident.

Customers who are due an additional payment will receive a letter from us confirming the value of the additional payment.  This will either be via cheque or bank transfer if their bank account details are known to us. The letter will also contain details for your customers to contact our claims team, if they have any questions.

Please reassure any customers that receive a letter from us that it is genuine, and that the additional payment will be with them shortly. Your customers don’t need to contact us ahead of receiving a letter – we will contact impacted individuals directly.
