Yoga Insurance is adding Ageas to its car insurance panel, reflecting the customer convenience afforded by self-service online insurance.

Yoga Insurance is a fully self-service, online insurance broker. Its addition of Ageas to its car insurance panel is another affirmation of our position as a leader in personal lines insurance, particularly sold through intermediated channels. Customers want quality, excellent service, and convenience, and Ageas’ relationships with valued brokers puts that control into the palm of their hands.

Yoga’s proposition allows customers to manage policies 24/7 from their smartphone, tablet or computer. Documents can be accessed wherever and whenever it’s convenient.

James Littlewood, Associate Director at Yoga Insurance, added: “Ageas’s reputation for supporting brokers and their customers in personal lines insurance meant we just had to have them on our panel. We’re delighted to be able to offer their car insurance to our customers going forward.”

Adam Beckett, Chief Distribution Officer at Ageas, said: “Our entire purpose as an organisation is to understand people + simplify insurance, so working with Yoga Insurance is the perfect fit. The company is tuned in to evolving consumer needs and has created a digital proposition which lets customers have insurance their way, on their own terms.”

To facilitate the addition of Yoga Insurance, Ageas established a new relationship with software house, Ignite. Christian Wright, Head of Business Development at Ignite, said: “We’ve managed to achieve this project in a matter of months thanks to the quality of requirements supplied by Ageas and the expertise and good-spirited collaboration of the respective teams.”

Adam Beckett reflected: “2022 has been a year of sharp focus on personal lines at Ageas and this latest deal with Yoga Insurance is testament to our offering for personal lines brokers, particularly those who are trading products electronically.”
