We’re delighted to say we’ve been re-certified as a Top Employer in the UK.

Why do we value Top Employer certification?

Certification is a rigorous process in which every aspect of our employee journey is examined in detail – from recruitment through to leaving the business. Re-certification isn’t guaranteed, either. Up to 20% of the questions change each year and scores can go up or down. But our purpose and Ageas’s values are visible throughout, and we believe we’ve shown how important it is to truly understand our people and collaborate on making sure we’re a great employer.

Re-certification is also a chance for us to take stock of other people’s perspectives. We can compare how we're doing against other Top Employers, so we can continually evolve what we’re offering to our staff.

Re-certification shows we’re constantly willing to learn. 

Organisations who take part in the Top Employers Institute program receive certification that reflects their HR Best Practices Survey. The survey covers six HR domains, with 20 topics including People Strategy, Work Environment, Talent Acquisition, Learning, Well-being and Diversity & Inclusion.
