2025 - Your Platform Terms & Conditions

By entering this prize draw for a chance to win one of three Fortnum & Mason hampers, you accept the following terms and conditions: 

  • There are three Fortnum & Mason hampers to be won (each a “Prize”)

  • No purchase is necessary

  • To enter the Prize Draw, all you need to do is complete the Wave 6 edition of the Ageas Your Platform Survey via the dedicated unique link sent to you via email. You must complete the survey in full before the closing date on Sunday 6 July 2025 at 23:59 to be eligible to enter the Prize Draw. It is your responsibility to ensure that the email address submitted with your Survey response is accurate.

  • Entry into the Prize Draw is limited to one per person and an entrant is defined as an individual person. Individuals found to be submitting more than one entry will be ineligible to win the Prize.

  • The Prize Draw opens on Monday 2 June 2025 at 00:01 and closes on Sunday 6 July 2025 at 23:59. Surveys completed after the closing date will not be eligible to enter the Prize Draw.

  • A number will be attributed to each entry and three winners will be chosen by a random number generator from all eligible entries on Tuesday 15 July 2025. 

  • The winners will be notified by email within [7] days thereafter using the email address used to enter the Prize Draw. Winners will be required to provide a postal address to which the Prize can be sent. Prizes will be sent within [14] days of receiving the relevant postal address.

  • Ageas reserves the right to select an alternative winner at random if Ageas is unable to make contact with the original winner within 10 days of the Draw taking place or if the original winner is found to be ineligible to enter.

  • Ageas reserves the right to verify that all entrants have complied with the entry requirements before issuing a Prize. Responses submitted by third parties or agents will not be accepted.

  • The Prize is not transferable and there is no cash alternative. Ageas reserves the right to substitute the Prize with something similar of equivalent or greater value if for reasons beyond its reasonable control the Prize is not available.

  • This Prize Draw is open to UK residents aged over 18 years of age. Anyone involved with the administration of this Prize Draw may not enter.

  • Ageas’s decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.

  • Ageas accepts no liability for any loss, damage, injury or disappointment suffered by an entrant as a result of winning or not winning the Prize.

  • Ageas is not responsible for any technical issues which prevent any person from successfully entering the Prize Draw. Nothing shall exclude the Promotors’ liability for death or personal injury as a result of its negligence.

  • Ageas does not accept any responsibility for any error, omission, deletion, defect, theft, destruction, alteration of or unauthorised access to any entry, or any entries lost or delayed as a result of viruses, bugs or other causes outside Ageas’ reasonable control.

  • By entering this Prize Draw you agree to share your personal details with Ageas to process and administer your entry into the Prize Draw including making the necessary arrangements to deliver the Prize should you win, and in accordance with Ageas’s privacy policy.  Ageas will consult with the Winners as to the use of their name prior to publishing winner’s names more widely in general business updates created by Ageas.

  • The Prize Draw will be governed by English law and disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Courts of England.
