Ageas House Guard closing for new business and renewals on Open GI

Last year, we launched our new household product, New Ageas House Guard on Open GI (OGI). We also announced that we would be withdrawing

our existing offering, Ageas House Guard, to both new business and renewals.

With that in mind, please be aware that from Thursday 19 March 2026, Ageas House Guard will no longer be available for new business quotations on OGI.

You will still be able to make mid-term adjustments and cancellations on existing policies. However, new business quotations for Ageas House Guard with an effective date of Thursday 19 March onwards will not return a premium.

Renewing policies to New Ageas House Guard

Please rebroke any renewing policies with an effective date on or after Wednesday 1 April 2026 onto New Ageas House Guard. Existing House Guard policies will not be automatically migrated to New House Guard.
